All
animal orders and transportation must be processed through DCM.
|

through FIS.

Animal
orders must be in by 3:00 pm Wednesday for next week
delivery. Orders arriving later will be charged a $50.00 late fee if next
week delivery is required. Or, if next week delivery is not specified,
animals will arrive in two weeks.

Transferring

The transfer
of animals to a different PI or protocol number requires approval by DCM
and the Animal Studies Committee (ASC).

|
Submit
a paper copy of the completed form to the DCM facility manager where
animals are currently housed.
